On Monday, I felt this overbearing urge to bake because the holidays were boring me out of my wits. At first, I didn't have a clue on what to bake. All I knew was that I wanted to bake cupcakes. Since I haven't tried a Red Velvet Cupcake before, I decided to bake just that so I could have a taste of what it's like. So I trotted to Hougang's Red Man to get my baking my supplies and got crackalackin'.

Anyway, I'm off to Hokkaido tonight. So flippin' excited to see autumn leaves (and to wear my winter coat). I'll be back next Wednesday with tons of pictures (of sashimi) yay! ;)
