SCHOOL'S OUT
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
It's the end of the first sem and I really didn't expect time to pass so quickly. I screwed up my exams but heck cause #YOLO.
I was kidding. Still feeling slightly remorseful about my laziness, all that last minute rushing and studying-into-the-night-and-only-getting-two-bloody-hours-of-sleep shit. I was really unmotivated this time round and I will probably do very very badly...
Enough with the exams, I have got lots lots lotzzz to pen down but they are all slippin' my mind...
First off, I'm feeling a bit weird today because I haven't gone on YouTube. Not even once. That's because bestie came over last night to have a movie marathon. I was so tired because I haven't slept well the past week, studying for my exams, so I passed out while watching Harry Potter.
I haven't actually properly read or watched Harry Potter before and I'm finally starting on it. I really really like it. Ron is cute and Hermione is brilliant!! I am also starting to speak with the British accent in my head, uh oh.
Secondly, my birthday was better than I expected it to be this year!
I had cake with my family on the Sunday before my birthday. My dad bought me a Magic Mouse for my birthday! Also, I accidentally smashed my iPhone 3GS's screen to smithereens so he gave me his iPhone 4 to tide me over till iPhone 5 is out (which now, I don't know if he'll still get for me). New(er) phone acquired!
On the first day of study week (I think it was the first day), the lovely babz were supposed to come over to "study", but they surprised me with lunch that they cooked themselves!! So touched!! :') They didn't really end up studying much, just sleeping and lazing around. Pigs!
Then the night before my birthday, my sweet bestie came over and surprised me. I was in the shower and had no idea she was coming over, then when I came out and went into my room, she shocked me!!!! I let out this really awful sounding scream and she kept imitating me after that... :( I can't remember what we did, probably spent the night watching shows again. Later in the afternoon, I went for lunch with my mom!
On the Sunday that just passed, I had steamboat with my aunt's family as a late dinner celebration!
My thoughtful classmates also surprised me yesterday. Very late but better late than never! We had lunch at Astons, after which they surprised me with a cupcake from Awfully Chocolate! :) We then went for a karaoke session which hurt my throat pretty badly cause Eli and I were singing at the top of our lungs.
That was all for my 17th birthday! I'm glad to have such great friends :)
Thirdly, the holidays are finally here and I have some exciting plans so far!
- Buffet with aunt and mom
- Penang with bestie
- USS with babz
- Cycling/ ice-skating (what else can they come up with) with my classmates
- Me and Kalista's diet plan (please don't fail HAHAHA)
- Get a job
- Paint my room
Fourthly, I am working at Comex tomorrow! Please come visit the ASUS booth to say hi! No wait wait, don't come and say hi unless you're buying a laptop from me. I am totally a bunch of nerves when it comes to serving customers and meeting people I know will just aggravate it.
Also, I'm thinking of looking for short holiday jobs like these at events and stuff.
And last last lastly, I'M GOING TO WATCH YOUTUBE AND SLEEP BYE.
