Yesterday: Kalista, Rosalind and I went shopping about town. We started at 11am and ended around half past 7pm. The most elderly among us is definitely Kalista, she was the first to complain about backaches. Splurged on Starbucks- although I wanted to try the Chai latte, I played it safe with my usual White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino. We walked in and out and in and out of many many many stores, but we didn't buy much clothing (fickle are we). I don't understand how I still managed to spend $130. Nonetheless, a day filled with lots of good laughs.

Today: Finally finally finally met up with Jolyn after two long years. The supposed plan was to shop at Bugis Street, but we got tempted to get a Gelish manicure so we travelled to Far East Plaza. After travelling all the way, Miss Ngiao (stingy) here didn't want to spend the money. Walking round the mall was pure torture because round every corner, we'd walk see a nail salon. They were so hard to dodge!! Soon, we would find ourselves just standing there ogling at all the nail art on display, then having to peel ourselves off the glass after seeing the prices. After going round and round the mall several times, we decided to just leave because it was getting too torturous. We walked to and fro between Ion Orchard, Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City many times, because I had to find my Bioré cleansing wipes.

Stopped at Starbucks (yes... two days in a row for me) to rest our aching backs. As far as I can recall, I always swore by my White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino and never drank anything else. I decided to try something different today and went for the Dark Mocha Frappuccino. Big mistake, I got a Grande full of chocolate chips and I'm not a fan of those. I prefer a smooth ice-blend without the irritation of those black specks. So I guess this is the first and last time I'm ever drinking that.

It was Korean cuisine for dinner and damn was it spicy!!! Rested for a while more, then went to squeeze with all the aunties at the Watsons sale (or you can call it war) just for the fun of it. Also went into Sephora to wreck a bit of havoc. Another $80 gone today... I think I can close my bank account soon because it'll be empty and pointless.

I've been listening to a lot of Marianas Trench recently. Current fav song:
