Happy Lunar New Year guys~~~~~~~
I got to know my 堂妹 and 堂弟 better through Saturday's reunion lunch and today's lunch. They have bombastic names: Kimiko Jessryk Tui and Toshiro Teiji Seth Tui. Like long only right?! But they are mad cute. Toshiro (who is less than a year old I think) grabbed my nose today keke!! >3<
We met up with Jay-Den, Sue-Ann and family at my grandaunt's place. They came over and we played cards, played MapleStory, played with iPhones, ate, played more cards, played more MapleStory and kinda just vegetated.
They are coming over again tomorrow and we'll visit my other grandaunt. Hopefully we can all squeeze into their car because my grandfather's car (which my family is currently using cause our car is in Malaysia) can go anytime now.
ONCE AGAIN, GONG HEI FAT CHOI!!!! Ok now on to other stuff.
A few months back, I (being an overly typical Singaporean) requested facial moisturizer samples from Hada Labo. They only came recently, how inefficient!! So their (initially, what I thought was dumb) slogan is "One Drop Locks Up an Ocean". How lol right. And have you seen their advertisement on TV? The girl smacking her face totally cracks me up.
However, that transparent fluid in the sachet totally works wonders!!! My skin condition improved after I exfoliated (with my own exfoliant) and moisturized with Hada Labo. I let my skin repair overnight... I used to have rough bumps on my nose bridge (caused by Keratosis Pilaris) and now they are gone!!?!?!
Maybe I'm awed because I hardly get to use moisturizers because I can't find one that isn't too greasy. Perhaps other moisturizers would have done the same too. However I'm extremely particular about moisturizers because I have bangs and I hate them to grease up. This moisturizer is light and watery (feels like a toner) and it absorbs instantly into my skin!!!! That's always a plus~~~~~ In fact, because my face is moisturized, it stops my skin from producing even more oil to moisturize my skin (a common loophole for people with dry skin but think they have oily skin), hence my skin is barely greasy at the end of a long day~
I know I sound like I'm sponsored to write this but I'm not kidding you guys!!! I think I kinda got my mom convinced about it (she thinks it's awesome too) and I'm waiting for her to buy me the full-sized one ^_^
