I met up with my best friend yesterday to go shopping for food and other stuff that we might need for today, then she stayed over and we watched Pretty Little Liars late into the night, then had difficulties sleeping because you obviously can't cram two hippos on a single bed.
We woke up in the morning to make sandwiches for Princess Rosalind and peasant Kalista (I'm just kidding bb), then packed up and got sooooo tempted to watch another episode of Pretty Little Liars. We headed out late and got forced to take a cab to East Coast Park.
After a lot of cycling around and "WAH MY DOWN THERE VERY PAIN"s, we found a good spot to have a picnic, then waited for R and K to arrive so we could surprise them!!! We also had plans to go prawning again but it was so expensive and there didn't seem to be any prawns so scratch that. We returned our bicycles and got a four-seater quadricycle instead.
The quadricycle was truly and experience. You can paddle your fastest and still move at a ridiculously unbelievably slow slow slooowwwwww pace. Approx 2 km/h according to resources (pig sitting on my right). But I believe we were only moving so slowly because people always choose to slack and not cycle, hoping the rest are cycling. When everyone thinks that way, we obviously don't move. LAZY PIGS EXPOSED
Other exciting events include:
- attempting (and failing) to climb a breakwater
- cycling up slope just to ride down quickly- four times
- blasting songs by Justin Bieber whilst cycling
- shouting "Merry Christmas" to random people cycling by
- cycling in the heavy rain and getting completely drenched despite our quadricycle having a shelter
- getting out of East Coast Park via means of public transport excluding taxis
Our days together never fail to be so enjoyable and I love the three of you :)
No pictures because Rebel is a heavy baby and I couldn't bring him out today :(
